Deposit and Delivery

Raincheck and Deposit

We want nothing but for you to have the most amazing party. With each rental we require a  $50.00 deposit Non Refundable that will go towards your total bill to save your special date. We will call the day before the event to make sure you know we will be there and if there are any last minute accomodations we need to meet. We will Never cancel on you unless it becomes too dangerous to operate our inflatables. A little rain never hurts but wind is not our friend. Wind speeds of 20 mph or more we CAN NOT set up in. We know trying to enjoy anything outside in North East Ohio can be a little tricky. Rain or Shine we leave it up to you to decide about the weather. In the event you have to cancel you must do so 24 hours in advance of the date of your party. Canceling morning of will end in lose of deposit. You will have a year from the date of your party to reschedule your party. Once booked with us you will recieve automated emails with instructions on how to prepare for the inflatable rental. 

Delivery 

 

The time you enter into your quote/order is the time we are guaranteed to have the inflatable up and running by (we require a three-hour delivery window to guarantee this time). We start our delivery routes at 7am so we will arrive to set up your inflatable sometime between 7am until one hour prior to the event start time to deliver. The end time on your event is the time you are guaranteed the inflatable/items until. Any event that ends after the 6pm end time will have to be booked with the overnight option and picked up the following morning. If your event starts at 12pm, you will select 12pm as the start time. We guarantee that the crew will arrive to set up your inflatable between 7am and 11am

If you are booking overnight please put 7am for pick up time for the next morning, the inflatable will be picked up sometime after 7am the next morning. Please turn the water off before deflating the inflatable for the night. The next morning please re-inflate it early in the morning to give it time to dry, and to have it ready for the crew to inspect and clean it before rolling it up. 

“All-Weekend” rentals will be delivered on Friday before 6pm and picked back up Monday sometime after 7am. Please turn the water off before deflating the inflatable each night. On Monday morning please re-inflate it early in the morning to give it time to dry, and to have it ready for the crew to inspect and clean it before rolling it up. 

If your event is in a public area, like a park or church, you can not rent overnight and the inflatable will be picked up at the conclusion of your event. This can not be later than 6pm. 



Set Up Location

Your setup location needs to be free of rocks, dog poop, sharp objects or any other hazard that could puncture our unit
We supply a 100 ft extension cord. Any further will result in inflatable not inflating properly and is forbidden
A minimum of 6 feet clearance on all sides and above unit
Pathway to setup area should be level and easily accessible by hand-truck. Please let us know in advance if there will be any steep inclines or stairs. Additional fees may apply.
Please remove any obstruction that may be in the pathway to the setup area for your inflatable.
Our Delivery drivers are on a limited time schedule. Please be ready for them when they arrive. If you are paying your balance with cash, please have exact change ready. Delivery drivers do not carry change.

Your Rental Includes:

Professional setup/tear down
Pre- cleaned/sanitized unit. 
Staking or Sandbagging Advanced notice needs to be given for Sandbagging
100 ft Extension Cords.
Safety Training. Delivery driver will go over safety rules and operation of inflatable.


 
First time renting an Inflatable? Heres some advice
Power must be within 100 ft of an outlet
You must provide water hose from spiket to Inflatable being used wet.
Please do NOT allow more than two people on a single lane slide at once. One goes up the other goes down. Never should two people occupy the same lane at once
Do Not allow more than 6 people at a time in a standard bounce house. All of our inflatables have weight restrictions. Having more than recommended weight will cause Inflatable to become soft and unsafe.
NO FOOD, DRINKS, SILLY STRING, FACE PAINT, CONFETTI, SHOES, AND GUM IN THE INFLATBLES
NO SOAPS OR BABY OILS TO MAKE OUR SLIDES FASTER. USING MAKES OUR SLIDES VERY DANGEROUS. OUR SLIDES ARE TESTED FOR SAFETY. THIS ALSO RUINS OUR SLIDES AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL REPAIR FEE. THIS IS CONSIDERED AN INTENTIONAL ACT 
 
 
Q.Are your rentals clean?
A.Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Q.Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
A.All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Q.What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
A.Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Q.Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
A.Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Q.Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
A.Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
